The central government has approved the minimum support price (MSP) for 14 Kharif crops. With this decision, farmers will get a fair price for their crops and their income will increase. The price of paddy has been increased by Rs 117 per quintal and the price of moong has been increased by Rs 124 per quintal. With the increase in MSP, farmers will get a fair price for their crops and their income will increase.

The MSP for cotton has been fixed at Rs 7121, which has increased by Rs 501. MSPs have also been increased for ragi, maize, moong, toor, urad and peanut oil. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that two lakh new godowns are being built. The government is focusing on farmers and working for the development of the economy.

According to Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, farmer welfare will be given priority in the third term of Prime Minister Modi. He said that the Cabinet has approved the MSP of 14 crops for farmers in the Kharif season, which should be at least 1.5 times more than the cost price.
